In my practice I aim to create a place of safety for change, resourcing and healing to take place. With non-judgmental respectful touch I encourage compassion for the stresses and pains of daily life our body holds. As a very active person I know what it’s like to be injured and to be impeded by injury in pursuit of goals and recreation. I use many years of experience mixed with varied techniques to achieve a non-invasive yet deeply effective form of bodywork. I include structural assessment, injury evaluation and emotional integration into a session. I can also do more pure craniosacral, injury work or structural integration series as well as visceral and neural manipulation. I have spent many years training in various ways with Ben Benjamin, Rich Phaigh, Tom Myers, and many others. I've taught at both the licensing level and advanced education for over 20 years and thoroughly enjoy helping people get to the core of their restrictions in order to remove them. I find the intricate and amazing puzzle of who we are on both an anatomical and psychological level to hold endless interest. I work on specific injury related basis or can do structural series. I work with visceral problems as well as head injuries. With my quarter of a century of experience I've seen an extremely wide range of situations and therefore can apply this previous experience to complicated problems. If you are looking for a general swedish massage I am not the person for you.
